Temora Premium Blue Bleaching Powder 450g
Temora Blue Bleaching Powder is a very fine atomized powder, for strong bleaching and for highlights. Our blue bleaching powder is easy to use and prepare, with its gradational lightener power which gives safe results and great performances. Directions for use: \u2022 Pour the necessary amount of powder into a non-metallic bowl. \u2022 Add the following blend of peroxide until a soft creamy texture is achieved: \u25AA 20vol - For Normal bleaching \u25AA 30vol - For strong bleaching or for highlights. \u2022 Leave from 20 to 30 minutes, according to the basic tone of the hair and to the degree of bleaching shades desired. \u2022 Check the hair regularly, and wash off the paste when the desired effect is achieved. \u2022 Remove the paste immediately if the client\u2019s hair or scalp shows signs of damage. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
