Tropica Helanthium Bolivianum Quadricostatus 1-2-Grow - Live Aquarium Tissue Cul

Helanthium Bolivianum Quadricostatus from South America has characteristic light-green leaves around 10-15cm long which form a good contrast to darker aquarium plants. It is most beautiful when planted in groups, each rosette becoming 15-20cm wide. In good conditions it produces runners which spread over the bottom of the aquarium. Very light leaves are a tell tale sign of a shortage of micro-nutrients. There is some confusion about the name of this plant, and it has been sold as Echinodorus Bolivianus Var. Magdalenensis, and was also previously known as Echinodorus Quadricostatus. Tropica 1-2-Grow Tissue Culture PlantsSmall plants with great success. Tropica 1-2-Grow are very young tissue cultivated plants grown in the Tropica laboratory. The plants are guaranteed to be free from snails, algae and pesticides and therefore are totally harmless for sensitive shrimp and fish. The 1-2-Grow range offers a unique range of plants. Success with your aquarium depends largely on the proper plant choice. Tropica 1-2-Grow plants offer a myriad of plants which can be divided into smaller portions to cover a larger area. Plants are compact from the start so you will experience dense and beautiful growth, if you provide them with the correct fertiliser and CO2 from the start. The range is perfect for small and medium sized aquariums. Tropica 1-2-Grow Directions Carefully remove the plant from the cup and rinse off the growing media. Split the plant as required into 6-8 portions using your fingers or sharp scissors. Plant portions into the substrate using tweezers. Then watch them grow!
