Description:A one part, solvent‐free, rapid setting, moisture curing polyurethane thixotropic gel specially formulated forwater‐resistant bonding and fast setting (BSEN204 D4 Classification).UsesBond It PU RAPID WOOD GEL can be used in joinery andcarpentry, for bonding garden furniture, staircases, boats, woodenconstructions, sandwich panels and insulation materials. It hasexcellent adhesion to wood, chipboard, laminate, metals,polyurethane, expanded and extruded polystyrene foams, mineralwool, concrete, stone, bricks, gypsum boards and all traditionalporous substrates. It is also an ideal adhesive for fixing carpetgrippers and stair nosings. This product is seawater proof and isresistant to acid and chemicals.PreparationEnsure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease, oil or anyother contaminants that may hinder adhesion. The substrate mustalso have a maximum humidity of 30%RH.ApplicationWEAR GLOVES. Carefully cut the tip of the cartridge taking carenot to damage the threaded area. Screw on the nozzle suppliedand cut to an angle of 45°. Apply using a standard sealant gun toone of the substrates, or to both if the materials are porous.Assemble immediately (within 5 minutes) and clamp for at least 1hour. Pressing the materials during curing is necessary to reachthe highest possible end strength.The product will foam slightly on application to fill any small gaps.Clean away any residue immediately with a dilute cleaningsolution, do not allow to set.Setting TimeBond It PU RAPID WOOD GEL will begin to skin afterapproximately 5 minutes. Refunds
