Columbia Sony Unisex Black Common Resurrection - Vinyl - Sealed Uk Vinyl Lp Album Record 19958414031 2026
COMMON Resurrection (2026 UK/EU 15-track LP pressed on classic black vinyl. Common's sophomore album, Resurrection, was largely overlooked by the mainstream on release but has since gone on to earn significant critical acclaim, now ranked among The Source's 100 Best Rap Albums. Where his debut leaned on descriptive street narrative, this record marked a lyrical shift toward genuine self-expression, its jazz-inflected production helping push both hip hop and jazz forward together. The album was produced almost entirely by No I.D., who went on to work with Usher, Alicia Keys and Rihanna, produced the first two singles for Jay-Z's The Blueprint 3, and is widely credited as the producer who first introduced a young Kanye West to hip hop production, inviting him into these very sessions. The record includes "I Used to Love H.E.R.," widely regarded as one of the most acclaimed songs in Common's catalogue, alongside "Resurrection" and "Communism." Picture sleeve, factory sealed.
