Apply as needed on your eyelids, in the crease of your eye, on the upper eyelash line and below the lower eyelash line. Put the lid on the pencil until there is a distinct click. To use the powder applicator, twist off the lid. Use a precision sponge applicator to apply powder eye shadow as needed, including the eyelid, upper eyelash line, crease of the eye and under the lower eyelash line. To replenish the sponge with powder eyeshadow, put it back in the lid. If you want to close the lid, screw it back on until it fits tightly.
